Join us for this one-day event that will help you understand the relationship between food and your health. Over 75% of healthcare dollars in the US are spent on treating preventable disease. But most of these common chronic illnesses — like diabetes, heart disease and stroke — can actually be prevented and reversed simply by the foods that we choose to put on our plate.
The event will be located in the Lab Sciences Building, auditorium 300.
DRIVING - it is best to take Forest Park Parkway to Throop Drive and park in the parking garage. Signage will be present.
METRO - The nearest Metro stop is at Big Bend and Forest Park.
Doors open at 7:30am. We will begin promptly at 8:00.
A light breakfast and a box lunch will be provided.
