Grab your girls for a day off on Friday May 11th to celebrate Mother's Day at the new TruFusion STL with signature fitness classes, lunch & juices from Revel Kitchen, conversation on topics relevant to todays modern mom, wine tastings, swag & fun.

Start the day by setting a mindful intention and choosing from one of two signature TruFusion fitness classes: Yoga or Cardio Fusion Class. After class, spend some time hanging out with friends before heading to the St. Louis Artists' Guild for a catered lunch from Revel Kitchen with and drinks from @thewineandcheeseplace, fashion show with makeovers, gifts, and fun from Saks Fifth Avenue (St. Louis), floral arranging demonstration from The Flower Bar and Event Design and photos on our Mod Mama's step & repeat.

After lunch- breakout sessions will begin with participants being able to choose from the following 45 minute sessions:

• Juicing 101 with Revel Kitchen
• Aging gracefully with Marissa Jaggars Tenenbaum from West County Plastic Surgeons of Washington University
• Getting your mojo back with Mika Ross, Therapist & Relationship Coach
• Going green with Angela Goodwin Flotken from The Better Have
• Eating for your body type with Susan Mondloh Caciano
• Setting goals & taking names with Amy Lescher

Attendees can then finish the day with another TruFusion STL class or head next door to The Wine and Cheese place for wine, vodka, and cheese tastings.

All attendees will receive gifts for attending, receive makeovers and skin consultations, and use the oxygen bar. Tickets are $75 per person and include all classes, food, and drink for the day.

Attendees can come and go throughout the day as they please- it is not mandatory to be there the entire day.
